janeCOOKS Cooking Class Terms & Conditions
Bookings are only confirmed once full payment for your chosen class has been received.

Class Cancellation.
janeCOOKS reserves the right to cancel a Cooking Class or Market Tour up to 48 hours prior,
due to insufficient numbers or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
In such an unlikely occurrence, janeCOOKS will offer a full refund or transfer to another suitable class date.
(transfers are dependent on current availability)

Gift Vouchers.
janeCOOKS gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase
(Expiry Date will be displayed on the voucher)
Classes do fill quickly so advance bookings are strongly recommended.
Although the voucher has been paid for, it is the responsibility of the bearer of the gift voucher to book in
to a particular date for a janeCOOKS Cooking Class or Market Tour.

Payments are non-refundable nor are classes transferable to another date.
However, if you are unable to attend your booked Cooking Class or Market Tour,
you are welcome to send another guest in your place,
they will be required to complete a booking form for insurance purposes.

Food Allergies & Preferences.
janeCOOKS is unable to accommodate any personal food preferences or allergies in cooking class menus.
This is your responsibility to discuss & clarify at the time of booking a class.

All Class fees include Recipes, water (flat or sparkling) & one glass of organic wine,
as well as generous tasters of all dishes demonstrated in the class.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests under the age of 18yrs.
For the safety of each guest, any persons deemed to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in a class.

All Market Tours fees include Travel to and from Oxford Falls to the venue with Jane, breakfast item,
informative tour by Jane, meeting the producers and stall holders at the venue.

All class guests indemnify janeCOOKS against any responsibility for accident, loss or injury suffered by such guests on the premises of janeCOOKS, when attending a cooking class.
All Market Tour guests indemnify janeCOOKS against any responsibility for accident, loss or injury suffered by such guests, when travelling to and from the Markets with janeCOOKS and whilst at the market premise.
