Organic Wholemeal Seeded Bread Serves 8 what you need: 600g organic wholemeal plain flour 1 x 7g sachet dried yeast 1 tsp organic unrefined sugar (Rapadura or Raw) 1 tsp sea salt 2 Tbs linseed 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup sunflower kernels 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas) 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 350ml warm water (preferably filtered) what to do: Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mixer mix & knead for 5 to 10 minutes until soft dough forms should be soft and moist, but not sticky place in a large bowl in a warm place, covered with a clean tea towel, to allow to prove(rise) for 30 minutes Pre heat convection oven to 200 deg C Remove dough from bowl and knead the dough again for a further 5 minutes now place the dough into an oiled bread tin (approx 26cm x 15cm x 6cm) let it prove (rise) again in a warm place for a further 15 minutes Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes Serve warm, sliced with butter enjoy
