    Organic beef burger healthy recipes wholesome food

    Organic Beef Burger
    Serves 6

    what you need:
    500g organic beef mince
    1 organic egg
    3 Tbs organic tomato sauce(ketchup)
    1 clove of garlic finely chopped
    1 handful of fresh herbs (ie parsley, basil)

    what to do:
    Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
    Divide the mix into six portions, roll into patties and flatten
    Pan fry or BBQ beef patties for 5 mins on either side
    Serve in a wholemeal roll, with fresh salad, sliced onion (raw or fried),
    sliced dill cucumbers and sauce of your choice.
