what you need: 1 kg green prawns 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup Extra virgin Olive Oil 1 small lemon 12 bamboo skewers
what to do: Soak skewers in water for 15mins* Peel leaving the tails on, devein & clean prawns Finely grate or chop garlic Marinate prawns in garlic & olive oil for 30 mins Arrange prawns three to a skewer Brush with the garlic oil Cook on a very hot BBQ for 2 mins each side Serve with lemon wedges & sprinkle of sea salt if desired
