what you need: 2 Tbs Sesame Oil 1 onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 Tbs finely grated ginger 500g Organic Chicken mince 1 230g can Water Chestnuts, finely diced 6 shallots finely chopped 1 red capsicum finely diced 2 Tbs Tamari organic soy sauce 200ml Ginger beer 8 chilled medium iceberg lettuce leaves what to do: prepare all ingredients heat a large fry pan or wok add sesame oil, diced onion, chicken mince, stir fry for 5 minutes add garlic, ginger & water chestnuts mix thoroughly add shallots & red capsicum, soy sauce and mix thoroughly, frying for a further 5 mins add 200ml ginger beer cooking & tossing for a further 5 minutes Serve in chilled iceberg lettuce leaves enjoy
